Vesna Vuksan

Vesna Vuksan, Master of Library and Information Science, works as a Community Building Manager at the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA). Enthusiastically dedicated to developing strategies and campaigns to improve IFLA membership, sections, volunteer work, regional structures and leadership programs. Vesna is a key driver of internal communication and continuous development of the work environment culture at IFLA Headquarters, where she promotes the importance of EX (employee experience) and agile processes, creating a space where every team member can contribute fully. Before joining IFLA in 2018, Vesna worked at the University Library in Belgrade, at the Department of Librarianship and Informatics of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade, as well as at the Belgrade City Library. She graduated in 2004 from the Department of Librarianship and Informatics, where she obtained a master's degree in 2010. During her career, Vesna held a series of lectures and workshops at domestic and international conferences and actively participated in international programs and projects for librarians.

Svetlana A. Gоrokhova, expert in international library cooperation, Russian Library Association Board member; Chair of the RLA Section on International Cooperation; IFLA Library Services to Multicultural Populations Section Member (2010-2014; 2014-2018); IFLA Continuing Professional Development and Workplace Learning (CPDWL) Section member (2018-2021, 2023-2027); St. Petersburg Library Society Board Member. Academic Secretary in Vladimir Mayakovsky Central City Public Library (Saint-Petersburg); Advisor to Director General, Margarita Rudomino Library for Foreign Literature (Moscow). Rewarded by the Russian Ministry of Culture with the Certificate of Honor for great contribution into the development of Russian libraries. Laureate of the Russian Library Association Medal “For Exceptional Input to the Development of Russian Libraries”. Author and editor, Personal Approach column of the University Book journal. Author and curator, custom-made programs of professional development: “Bridge” (for cooperation of Russian regional libraries), “Our Libraries. Read in Russian” (for Russian language collections, located outside Russia) and annual case conference “Cultural Space of Megapolis. Libraries +” (to highlight best partnerships between libraries and other cultural institutions of megapolis). Professional interests: library advocacy; national library policies; international librarianship; information services to multicultural population; professional development and workplace learning; libraries in creative economy; libraries in megapolis.

Aleksandra Pavlović

Aleksandra Pavlović, manager of the CulturA & Zo library in the Netherlands - a professor of literature who moved to the Netherlands eight years ago with her husband and three children, ready to be just a mom in the land of tulips, but with the help of the local library, of which she is the manager today, she succeeded to find his place in the new society. As the leader of the Digital Inclusion project, she designed an illustrated handbook and staff training, which the Royal Library implemented into a regular program and is now used in all public libraries in the Netherlands. She founded the first portal for the Serbian diaspora in the Netherlands called "Mama in the Land of Tulips", as well as the first Serbian library in the Netherlands, at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in The Hague. She also started reading workshops in Serbian in public libraries in ten Dutch cities under the name "Duck School".

Zoran Ilić, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, business coach and soft skills trainer in large companies. He has been leading educational groups and workshops on the application of action methods for more than 30 years. Senior advisor to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and expert consultant to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
