The SLA at the 36th National Conference of the Romanian Library Association in Brașov

The Serbian Library Association presented its work at the 36th National Conference of the Romanian Library Association in Brașov.

The presentation, “Serbian Library Association: Connecting Libraries. Empowering Professionals. Building Partnerships.”, focused on how SLA is developing professional networking, continuing professional development, and international cooperation.

The presentation was delivered by Mrs. Marijana Uzunovski, Member of the BDS Governing Board.

The presentation introduced the work of the Section for Continuing Professional Development and Professional Development, the new Master Class format, and BDS Digital – the Association’s new digital space.

It is particularly important to us that professional activities go beyond individual events and become opportunities for learning, sharing experiences, and connecting librarians — both in Serbia and with colleagues from other countries.

That is why we see many opportunities for joint webinars, guest lectures, professional exchanges, joint projects, and other forms of cooperation.
